Adobe Sign - Can't cancel a Reminder

I have multiple documents out for signing.

On each i can see i have a 'Reminder' set

If i review the Reminder i can see the 'Garbage Bin' icon to delete the reminder.

If i click on this to delete the Reminder i get a red banner that states:

"only status can be updated when cancelling a reminder"

The reminder does not get deleted.

These are documents that i have created.

Any idea what the message means? And how can i delete the reminder?

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with canceling reminders for a particular document?

Please share the screenshot of the error message. What happens after you close the message? 

Check if you can cancel the reminder from other documents or get the same message.

This is happening for multiple documents.

Occasionally on some documents the reminder can be deleted but we cant determine what if any difference there is between the documents that allow the cancellation and those that don't.
