Adobe Sign... cannot login into iPhone app

I can login from website on computer but not into the Adobe Sign iPhone app.   When I sign in with Adobe sign account  I get error or with Adobe ID i get "Invalid user ID"

please help

Please try to log into the Adobe Sign app using the Adobe ID option on the login page.

Hi Wbuzx​,

Please reboot the iPhone & make sure Adobe Sign app is updated.

Also, make sure you are using the correct email to Sign into the Adobe Sign app.

I rebooted and it is latest update available... same problem...

With Adobe sign in i get "Please try again or visit documents.adobe.com to reset your password"

with Adobe ID option sign in i get "Invalid user id"

I am 100% sure my email/pass is correct because I am signed in even now to respond to this issue here with my same Adobe ID that does not work on the app...
