Adobe Sign: CC person not receive unsigned copy

Is there a way to disable the feature where a CC'd person does not receive an e-mail and unsigned copy before the document is fully signed? And only have them receive a signed copy whenc complete?

 

It's very confusing for the person to receive an email with an unsigned attachment then receive another one when it's signed.

    We were not able to turn off having the "unsigned" copy sent ourselves, but we were able to have Adobe Support disable it for us.  This setting was made for a specific group.  Now, the CC only gets sent for the final copy, not the original unsigned copy.

    Following this thread, but I have a question as it states: 

     

    "CC

    These recipients will receive a copy of the completed agreement."

     

    Is the agreement not completed until it is signed?
     
    I like others, do not want the cc recipients to receive a copy until the document is signed and complete.

    THe CC will receive only 2 emails.  When you hit send and the last when completed.

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    Currently, there is no option to make that change. If you have added the user in CC, the user will be notified via email when you send the document for signature and will receive another email with a fully signed copy. 

    If you wish that the user get only the final copy, you may add the user's email under the External Archive.     Thanks. Unfortuntaely that only allows you to send every signed document to someone. I only need to send certain documents to additional persons when complete.

     

    I'll have to come up with a plan B.
