Cannot Sign in Adobe Esign

Hi,

Currently i facing issue with login to adobe sign and i check from the portal acrobat.adobe.com, the tools menu for esign is not show.

Previously i change the organization on the user, i have remove the user from old organization and there is no issue but today i facing this issue.
i have try to remove and invite user again to the new organization but the issue is same.
