getting error:

"The Adobe Sign remote application authorization configured is invalid. Please go to the Adobe Sign Admin page and reauthorize the Adobe Sign application. Contact your Administrator for assistance."

Installed in Salesforce, the Adobe account is 'linked', setup successful

Using Drawloop to send document to Adobe.
Error appears when clicking 'Send'

Another error:

Adobe Sign API returned error: : 401 : {"code":"INVALID_USER","message":"Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header"}

Can send document via Adobe , error only in Salesforce

      I had the same problem with Acrobat Sign errors in Salesforce. In my case, re-authenticating the connected app and ensuring the callback URL matched exactly resolved it. Hope this helps someone!

      Hello

      The error indicates that the Adobe Sign remote application authorization in Salesforce is invalid. To resolve the issue, reauthorize the Adobe Sign application in the Adobe Sign Admin page within Salesforce. You can also contact your Salesforce Administrator or Adobe Sign support for assistance.

      We've also encountered similar issues while using Adobe Acrobat Sign with Salesforce, especially when dealing with custom objects and automated workflows. A couple of things that helped us: double-checking field mappings in the Acrobat Sign settings within Salesforce and ensuring all user permissions are correctly set up. Also, clearing any outdated tokens or re-authenticating the integration helped resolve unexpected errors. If you're still facing trouble, the debug logs in Salesforce often give useful clues.
