eSign for iPad Access Token error

I'm attempting to use Adobe Sign for the iPad. I have Adobe Sign via the browser on another device that works. I use Adobe ID to sign in to the app (because I do not have an individual Adobe Sign account). Once signed in, it requests that I allow the iPad access. I tap Allow Access and up pops the following error.

Unable to sign in to Document Cloud. Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-999 "cancelled" UserInfo={NSErrorFailingURLKey=https://<ourDomainName>.com.echosign.com/oauth/token,NSErrorFailingURLStringKey=https://<ourDomainName>.com.echosign.com/oauth/token,NSLocalizedDescription=cancelled}

I need to know what this specifically means so that I can resolve the error. Would there be a reason that I can use Adobe Sign on my computer, but not the iPad?

Hi Francesca,

Sorry about the error. It looks like you are trying to login with SSO id. Can you please let me know if you including .com in the SAML subdomain? If so can you try removing the .com and give it a try.

For e.g.:  If you are entering <ourDomainName>.com, try instead just entering <ourDomainName>,

     OR  if your domain <ourDomainName>   has “.com” in it, try without the “.com".

Please let me know!

Thanks,

Aparna

Thank you for the reply, however, I was not trying to login with the SSO as our company account is not configured for it. Out of the options to sign in to the app (Adobe Sign-in, Adobe ID, Adobe Enterprise ID, and SSO) only Adobe ID lets me sign in with my account. When I go to approve the app connection to the account, it throws the error stated previously.
