The current configuration only allows a third party to sign a widget/form the one time. Is it possible to set the form/widget so the same third party can sign the document as many times as they wish?

A widget is a URL that you can place anywhere on your website, so the signers can go and sign the form. The signer can sign it any number of times, but it will be a new document every time. If you want them to have multiple signatures on the same document, then you (creator) can add more signature fields on the widget.

Please provide your exact workflow so we can assist better.

    Our process flow is as follows. I hope you can assist and that there is a process that would suit our needs.

    (a) Third Party Signer 1 (no echosign account) completes all the relevant fields (including the email address of Third Party Signer 2) and signs the document.

    (b) Third Party Signer 1 actions the verification email to complete their signature.

    (c) Third Party Signer 2 (no echosign account) receives the document via email provided and signs document.

    (d) Third Party Signer 2 actions their verification email to complete their signature process.

    (e) I or widget creator (valid echosign account) receives the signed document which has been signed by both third parties and sign document.

    (f) Final document gets sent to me or the widget creator, with the audit trail.
