Hello. I don't understand why my account was blocked—there were no explanations or notifications. Just before this happened, I tried to upload an EPS file but kept getting an error; I tried saving it in different formats and uploading it again, and only later did I notice the restrictions regarding EPS file uploads. Could that have been the reason for the block? Please check this manually. I even have a video of myself creating content on Twitch—I was streaming.

Probably not that. But it’s hard to say exactly what triggered the block.

Adobe doesn’t monitor this user-to-user forum.

If you haven’t already, contact the Contributor Relations Team from the link your Contributor Portal.

If you did nothing wrong, an investigation should produce a favorable decision. But that may take several weeks or months depending on their case load.

In the meantime, work on other projects and submit to outside services.

    Good luck.

No, that would not have been the reason for the block. Dozens if not contributors were experiencing problems uploading AI and EPS files.
