My Adobe Stock Contributor Account with 38000 high quality AI generated assets is blocked

I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for the past three years and have built a portfolio of nearly 38,000 images through consistent, daily work.

Two years ago, I left my job, and Adobe Stock became my main source of income. Recently, my contributor account was blocked, but I was not given a clear explanation of the specific reason.

I contacted Adobe Support and sent emails, but I have not received a response yet.

This situation has been extremely difficult for me. After investing three years of hard work into my portfolio, receiving a single email that suddenly ended my ability to contribute has been devastating.

Same thing happened with my friend with 11000 AI generated files (450$ earning monthly).

I respect Adobe's policies and understand that the rules must be followed. If I made a mistake, I am willing to understand it, learn from it, and correct it.

I hope Adobe will review my account and, if possible, they will give me an opportunity to continue contributing.

I’m sorry to hear that. But the phrase “At this time” leaves the door open to the possibility that they may reconsider in the future. So I think there’s still a chance that you may be able to recover your portfolio.

Doubtful. Maybe a year from now the contributor might try to begin again with a new portfolio if only to see what happens. Although Adobe very likely retains enough information to identify previously banned accounts. Not sure how that works on Adobe’s end.

Since communication is limited to the appeal process, I think we come to the forum because, at first glance, it seems like a last resort for contacting Adobe. As newcomers, we don't know that there are actually no Adobe employees reading the posts, and we're often too anxious and distressed to take the time to carefully read other similar posts.

I Don't think you're a newcomer with that many pictures in your portfolio.

Forgive me, but that’s an average of 246 approved images per week for 3 years.

Assuming you have a 60-75% approval rate which is average, that’s a bodacious amount of content for one person to generate unless you’re a factory of robots.

I think an internal audit is probably warranted, particularly if customers have complained about quality.

Be patient and wait for the audit to conclude.

In the meantime, work on other projects & submit to outside services.

I’ve been contributing AI since 2021. An average of 6 assets per day. 98% acceptance rate (excluding similar content rejections). Yes. 36 per day is a lot. Granted, a lot depends on the type of content submitted, but even the simplest assets normally require a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes for editing, upscaling, titling and keywording per asset.

Continued requests for updates will slow down Adobe’s investigative process. Submit the appeal if you haven’t already done so and wait. Investigations can take weeks or even months, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours.
