Adobe Sign puts incorrect name in model release request

I've been trying to send my model a release request using Adobe Sign but the form gets pre-filled with my nick name and not my legal first name. How do I amend this? My name is correct in my Adobe contributor account and the adobe.com account. Is there anywhere else I should look?

To change your name in Adobe Acrobat Sign, log in to your account, go to Personal Preferences > My Profile, and select Edit to update your first and last name.

If you use an Adobe ID, you may need to update your name directly at https://account.adobe.com/profile.

    Good luck.

This is why I’m stumped. My name is correct in my Adobe Acrobat Sign profile, my Adobe Contributor profile and my adobe.com profile, but when I try to create an electronic release form it pulls up my nick name from somewhere. I think I’m ready to give up..I’ll just use a printed form as you suggested.

Thank you for your reply. I’m aware printing out the form is an option, but I hoped that by sending it through the contibutor portal I could avoid a long drive to my model’s place to get their signature. I’ll try the forum you suggested.

    Doesn’t your model have email?

I email release forms back & forth without any issues.

    Then don’t use Adobe Sign.

    1. Simply print out the blank model release form.

    2. Scan or photograph the completed form and submit it as a legible JPG file from your Contributor Portal.
