Adobe Stock Contributor Account Deactivated for 7+ Months — No Explanation or Resolution

Hello Adobe Stock Community,

I am hoping that someone who has experienced a similar situation, or an Adobe Community Manager, can help me get my account reviewed by Contributor Relations.

My Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated since February 13, 2026, for what Adobe described only as “suspicious activity.”

I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for approximately 8 years, with more than 1,000 videos in my portfolio. Before this, I had never had my Contributor account suspended or deactivated.

I contacted Adobe immediately. Contributor Relations opened Case #00476297. After receiving no substantive response, I followed up on February 27 and March 5.

On March 12, I submitted another formal complaint, resulting in Case #00482651, and followed up again on March 23.

It has now been more than 7 months. My account remains deactivated, and I have never received a specific explanation of what the alleged “suspicious activity” was, what transaction or activity caused the account to be flagged, or what policy Adobe believes I personally violated.

I have seen other contributors here report that their accounts were eventually reinstated after Adobe reviewed irregular sales activity. This makes me wonder whether something similar could have happened with my account.

Contributors do not control who licenses their content or what payment methods purchasers use. If Adobe detected unusual purchasing or sales activity involving my portfolio, I would like Adobe to determine whether that activity originated from me or from a purchaser or other third party.

To the best of my knowledge, I have never engaged in activity intended to artificially manipulate my sales, downloads, rankings, search placement, or earnings.

I understand that Adobe needs to investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity. I am not asking Adobe to ignore those concerns. I am simply asking for a genuine human review and an explanation of what happened.

If an Adobe Community Manager or Adobe employee sees this, could you please help escalate my existing cases to the appropriate Contributor Relations team for review?

After approximately 8 years as a contributor, more than 1,000 videos, two cases, and more than 7 months without a substantive response, I would greatly appreciate any help getting this reviewed and resolved.

Thank you,
George Myska

Thank you for your reply. I understand that account-specific details cannot be discussed publicly.

The reason I posted here is that I have already contacted the Stock Contributor Relations Team through the Contributor portal multiple times.

My first case, #00476297, was opened in February 2026. After receiving no substantive response, I followed up several times and then opened a second case, #00482651, in March. I followed up again after that as well.

More than seven months later, I still have not received an explanation of the alleged “suspicious activity” or a substantive decision on my account.

I am not asking anyone here to discuss private account information publicly. I was hoping that someone who has experienced a similar situation could share what eventually worked for them, or that my existing cases might somehow be brought to the attention of the appropriate Adobe team.

    Thank you again.

After 7 months, I’d say you’re a free agent now.

Feel free to submit your content to other marketplaces.
