Are Blackbox.global and Wirestock more reliable to distribute on Adobe than through Adobe self?

I heard that Blackbox.global for videos (like Wirestock for photos) distributes to many agencies including Adobe Stock, Pond5, Shutterstock, Storyblocks, etc.

Is using an intermediary like Blackbox.global or Wirestock a more reliable way to distribute content to platforms like Adobe Stock specifically to mitigate the risk of direct account bans, particularly those reported by contributors after requesting payouts? My understanding is that by acting as an intermediary, they might absorb or pool potential issues, thus protecting individual contributor accounts from being directly deactivated on the larger platforms.

An intermediary does NOT protect you from the need to fully understand and comply with Adobe's Stock Contributor Agreement and all guidelines. If Adobe finds that your account has violated their T&C's you'll be banned. Also, Wirestock takes a cut of your earnings.

That's not how an intermediary works. Wirestock submits through their "Wirestock creators" account on Adobe Stock:
https://stock.adobe.com/nl/contributor/210881076/sami-laitinen-wirestock-creators?load_type=author&prev_url=detail&asset_id=591890879

Blackbox.global submits through their blackboxguild account on Adobe Stock:
https://stock.adobe.com/nl/contributor/205998903/blackboxguild?asset_id=1622665449

Hence all violations are pooled and managed together.

Wirestock’s December 2022 Adobe ban resolution shows Adobe is willing to provide far more exceptions to Wirestock than to individual contributors. Aggregators have a business relationship with the stock agencies, which gives them more leverage in negotiations. The resolution of the Adobe ban with Wirestock is a perfect example of this. Individual contributors do not have this kind of influence and are often subject to the agency's terms without recourse.

BlackBox reaches a higher tier of commission payouts on Shutterstock, simply, because its pooled blackboxguild contributers reach a far higher tier than when starting from zero, so even after BlackBoxGuild takes its 15% fee, they would still earn a higher commission than they would have on their own, as they would likely not have reached that high-volume tier independently.

Probably because Adobe is among the more popular contributor sites and people simply don't take the time to read the rules. I have no inside knowledge of how many disabled accounts were eventually returned, but I have a feeling it's not many.

Is this a more reliable way to distribute to Adobe to isolate risks? Since Wireshark acts as an intermediary, so you avoid account bans directly on big platforms.

First, as you probably know, you have to pay a monthly fee in order to have Wirestock distribute your assets to ALL other stock agencies that they distribute to. But you also receive the entire royalty of any assets sold if you're paying the monthly fee. The one questionable thing I've heard about Wirestock is that if you decide to leave the platform, they retain the right to continue selling your assets. So read their T&Cs carefully.

"they retain the right to continue selling your assets"

And if you think about it, that makes sense. If your assets are accepted on other platforms, it would seem difficult to have them all removed. Unless there's something about the whole process I don't understand.
