I downloaded the vector version of image #1961622616 - Isometric Military Base Illustration with Vehicles and Training Grounds.

The AI file just contains a low res jpg.

Any chance of a credit, plus probably worth deleting the file from Adobe Stock.

Also worth using Adobe AI to detect this kind of thing - this isn’t the first time I’ve come across this problem.  I’m sure it shouldn’t be that difficult!

Thanks

Did you download the low-res Preview or the high-res asset?  There is a difference.

You’ll need to repost your refund request in the customer’s Stock forum below where Adobe Staff will see it. Be sure to cite the asset ID# so an internal review team can take a closer look at it.
