Contributor account deactivated – no response for over 1 month

Dear Adobe Stock Team,

I would like to kindly request your assistance regarding my contributor account, which has been deactivated for over one month.

I have already submitted an appeal form and contacted support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or clarification about the reason for the deactivation.

I am a contributor who mainly uploads original works (such as patterns and design assets), and I always aim to comply with Adobe Stock guidelines. If there has been any unintentional mistake (such as metadata, similarity, or policy misunderstanding), I am fully willing to review and correct my submissions accordingly.

At this moment, I am not sure what caused the issue, and I would sincerely appreciate it if you could provide more details or kindly arrange a manual review of my account.

Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

I can only provide you with my stock answer: You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks if not months) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation by creating multiple case numbers.

What was the reason for deactivation?

    • If you violated the TERMS, there’s nothing anyone can do.
    • If your account was blocked for suspicious activity, you must wait for the investigation to conclude.

Be patient. Work on other projects and submit to other services.

    Good luck.

It seems that you’re new here in the Community Forum. Please review the forum entitled “Using the Community” which states:

We wanted to add some extra information to the "Be Safe" section of our Community Guidelines for your consideration:

Do not share your own or others’ personal information (like full name, home address, phone number, email address, government-issued IDs, or anything else that would let someone locate or contact you in the real world).
