Contributor Account Suspended Post-Bonus

Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,

I am writing to urgently request a review regarding the unwarranted suspension of my contributor account, which incorrectly and suspiciously coincided with the Firefly bonus distribution period on September 17.

Background and Previous History:

My account was previously flagged due to a minor similarity issue concerning some generative AI video backgrounds and neon icon videos. Following my clarification and review, Adobe Contributor Support officially unblocked and fully reactivated my account on August 26, 2026. The official clearance confirmation stated:

"We have completed our review and your account has now been unblocked and reactivated. You may resume submitting content to Adobe Stock. During our review, we identified a small number of submissions consisting of very similar, low-quality Generative AI video backgrounds and/or neon icon videos..."

Since receiving that official clearance, I have not uploaded a single new file, nor have I modified any existing assets. However, very unfortunately, my account was re-suspended on September 17—the exact day my Firefly bonus was scheduled to be distributed.

Since my account was thoroughly cleared by your team previously, and this suspension occurred without any new uploads on my part—overlapping directly with the bonus distribution automated system flag—I kindly request the compliance and bonus team to cross-verify my current Case ID, my previous Case ID, and the August 26 reactivation email. Please restore my contributor access immediately.

Thank you for your prompt assistance and understanding.

Best regards,

Mst Shajeda Begum

The separate incidents are likely unrelated and their timing is merely coincidental.

There’s nothing to do but wait & hope for a favorable outcome.

In the meantime, work on other projects & submit to outside marketplaces.

    Good luck.

Adobe may have found additional issues with your account. If you have a new case number, you’ll need to continue waiting as per the last deactivation, since it appears you have an active case number.

If you would read the posts here you would know that Adobe does not respond to this forum. There is a proper way to appeal your suspension.
