Please, may someone give me an example of “Visual reference image of the model”. I didn't understand exactly what a reference image should be. Should I attach the image of which I am granting authorization for use? So should I fill out a form for each image? Please explain to me because it's been more than a month since I've been trying to have my images analyzed.

You need to fill out and submit a form for each distinct object in your pictures, but if an object appears in more than one asset, you can submit only one and link it to the different assets.
Example: you are photographing the living room of someone, so you need to submit a property release for that living room. You choose one typical picture of that living as a visual reference and link the property release to each of your pictures showing this living room in different angles.
