Errors quality problems

Hello everyone, the following picture has already been accepted by all common photo agencies, only by Adobe not with errors quality problems. Can someone please tell me what they are?

To add: Adobe does its own checking, and looking at your picture, I doubt about the checking that all common photo agencies are doing.

Two of the most well-known photo agencies have accepted the image. I think they also check all submitted pictures. Adobe is probably stricter in the assessment.

Exposure, composition and focus are the issues here.

Your picture is too small, but I suppose you pasted the tick in the picture on the woman's foot. It does not look very natural. The asset is also missing some contrast and blacks (over exposed).
