Flyer design upload rules

hi, I am new in this market. Please help me. I want to know mainly three things. 1- In the case of eps flyer design, should all the shapes be expanded or not? 2- Should the text be outlined or not? 3- Shall I group or ungroup the design?

What is the file format for your flyer design? Adobe Illustrator?

You should leave your assets as editable as possible, with layers where appropriate. Without more information from your side, we can't give you more advice.
