Generative AI Art Getting Rejected for Intellectual Property Refusal

I'm submitting photos that are Generative AI Art.  So nothing about it is intellectual property that would require a person to do a "release form".

I chose Generative AI when I did the submission.

The photos are getting rejected becaue of Intellectual Property refusal which makes no sense since the scenes and people were invented out of thin air and were not basesd on any likenesses of people or places.

I don't see a way to resubmit these with an explanation.

Can someone give me some guidance?

thanks.

Read ALL of the guidelines regarding Generstive AI before uploading any others. If you haven't added a property release, they will get rejected immediately.

Did you submit a signed property release by you as the artist and owner of copyright?

That's essential to sell "Generative AI Illustration."

Also, did you title, keyword and describe it as "Generative AI Illustration" so everyone knows exactly what it is?  That's VERY IMPORTANT, too.

All AI generative image that looks like a human needs a release. If  it doesn't looks like an existing person, if it were created out of thin air, you need to have a "Propriety release". If it looks like or can be recognized as a real person, you will need a "Model" release.

Also they need "AI Generative" in the title and "AI Generative", "Generative", "AI" as keywords.

Personal hint: This image has several serious technical quality problems and would be refused

The illustration itself is considered property and needs a property release for the original artwork.

Hope that helps!

Here's an example of one of the photos that got rejected.  I don't know why. The words are gibberish.
