Generative AI Illustrations still in review [WAS photos still in review]

I uploaded my first content two weeks ago. Im a little bit worried because, I can read it usually is reviewed within a week - 10 days. My account is old, and I can’t remember if it is created at fotolia. Could this be the issue? Thanks

Did you upload your first content with an old account?

OK, if it is an existing contributor account with uploads in the sales queue, then you should contact Contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

If you just currently opened a contributor account, did your ID get accepted? If not, you need to correct this first.

If you uploaded AI assets, hose need more time for getting checked. Come back in a month or so.

In all other cases, you may check if you do not need to submit a model release or a property release.

If you were able to log on to your Adobe Stock Contributor account and upload content, I would assume that you have a valid account. What type of content did you upload? Was it Generative AI? If so it appears that such assets are taking longer to review and seem to be routed to a different queue than ither assets.
