Hello! I need help. Today I got this message of an account validation issue.

Question

Hello! I get this message of an account validation issue.
A message appears "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." on my adobe stock contributor account.

I was registered at adobe stock for many years and before 1 to 2 months I started as a contributor, you approved my tax form and some of my works.. today I see this issue:

"Account validation issue. Your account has a validation status issue. You should contact us.
"https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/account-issue

I don't know anything about this issue, what is the problem, Kindly help me to solve this,
