I cant upload sftp

Hello, I can't upload with sftp, or rather, the sftp option does not appear on the upload screen. How can I solve this? I can't upload my assets because my internet connection is not sufficient, so I need sftp.

    Uploading via SFTP is only permitted for some users.
    It will not be displayed to non-eligible users.

      You should know by now that you need to ask contributor questions in the "stock contributor" forum, and not in the stock forum, which is for stock customers.
