I just brought 2000 credits and as it is a subscription I CXLed one of the other subscriptions and after the subscription was CXLed I lost all my 2000 credit which I paid for today

I ran out of credit so I brought the 2000 package which is on a subscription.  the credits came in to the k plus the new 2k one) account so I decided to CXL one of the other subscriptions (I had a 2K payment due 7th Oct) and once I cxled it all my 2000 credit disapperared eventhought I have just paid for it.
