Hello. I uploaded my first image as a contributor 17 days ago and it's still under review!!!! Where should I claim to have the image approved or denied?

Assets are moderated in the order they are received (for the specific moderation queue).
If your assets are generative AI, you need to wait for more than a month currently.
Check if your ID has been approved.
And check if you followed all the instructions and that your assets meet the quality requirements.
