I try to push the button START but nothing is happening

What could I do?

Hi Chris,

 

Looks like there are complications with your Adobe ID as you have several accounts tied to the same email. Your issue is different than the OP. Please write to contributor support using the contact us link at the bottom of the portal for assistance. If you are unable to access the contact us link, please email contributor-support@adobe.com

same problem here.

after 2 years now the START button can't be fixed?

Hm, that error needs to be something different. My latest information is that there is no ID card required any more.
