    Were you a Fotolia contributor?

Fotolia has been discontinued for several years. You would need to ask Contributor Support to recover your Fotolia collection and move it to a newly created Adobe Stock account.

This user-to-user community can’t help you with account matters. For that, you must work with Adobe staff.

    Good luck.

Yes redirection to Fotolia.  When I try to access Contributor Support guess where I end up Fotolia.  I do receive my daily best seller email.

You are not addressing an Adobe employee here in this forum. Why can’t you login? Is your account deactivated? If it is, after three years I would not expect the account to be reactivated.
If it is not deactivated and you get no popup screen with a “contact us” link then send an email to contributor-support@adobe.com. If you do, give them more information than you supplied us.

The issue I have is the redirection to a Fotolia page.  I have attemoted to have this addressed a number of times without success.

It sounds like you’re stuck in a "sync loop." This usually happens because Adobe acquired Fotolia years ago and officially shut down the Fotolia portal in 2019. If your account wasn't fully migrated or if there’s a conflict between your Adobe ID and your old Fotolia credentials, the system automatically redirects you to a legacy sync page that often doesn't work correctly anymore.

Since automatic synchronization is no longer officially supported as of 2026, here is how you can break the loop:

    1. The "Clean Sign-In" Attempt

Sometimes the redirect is triggered by old browser cookies or a "Get Started" link instead of a "Sign In" link.

    • Use Incognito Mode: Open a private/incognito window in your browser.

    • Direct URL: Go directly to contributor.stock.adobe.com.

    • Select "Sign In": Do not click "Get Started" or "Join Now." Look for the Sign In link in the top right corner and use your Adobe ID email.

    2. Check for Adobe ID Conflicts

If you receive an error like "The selected account is already in use," it means your Fotolia account might have been synced to a different Adobe ID in the past.

    • Try logging in with any other email addresses you might have used historically.

    3. Contact Adobe Stock Contributor Support

Because Fotolia is "read-only" and the automated migration tools are largely retired, most users in this situation require a manual sync from an Adobe agent.

    • Do not use standard Adobe Customer Care: They handle Creative Cloud subscriptions and often cannot access the specific contributor database.

    • Email directly: Reach out to contributor-support@adobe.com.

    • Provide Details: In your email, include:

      • Your old Fotolia Login/ID.

      • The email address associated with your current Adobe ID.

      • A brief description that you are "stuck in a Fotolia redirect loop and need a manual account sync."

Could you specify the issue? Is the login failing, are you being redirected to another page, or has your account been deactivated?

Redirection to Fotolia is the issue.
