Mis-sold editable vector that is a clear trace

Question

What is the official process for a Mis-sold editable vector that is clearly badly traced from a different source?

Downloaded File #: 2108030438 which clearly says “Editable stroke” - opened the file and it’s a very bad trace and the lines are not editable as they say - it’s likely copied from another source. This is slop and it’s a disgrace to be up on Adobe - are files not verified to be what they say they are? There needs to be a direct “report quality issue” button on Stock.

Adobe doesn’t monitor this user-to-user Contributor forum.

You’ll need to repost this in the Stock buyers forum below where an Adobe employee is more likely to see it.
