My Account temporarily blocked

Hi, 

 

I received an email from Adobe Team 16 days ago, saying that my account was temporarily blocked because I had submitted Generative AI content that did not adhere to their guidelines.

 

Your account was temporarily blocked after we noticed that you had submitted Generative AI content that is not within our guidelines. 

 

The specific reason, which files are the problem, is not specified in email.

I sent an email to apologize for my mistake and assuring them that I would remove any images that violated their guidelines.

 

However, my account is still blocked and i did not get any answer. Do you know when can I expect to have a answer from abode team ?

Just gotta wait. Lots of us have been waiting months. Today is the three month anniversary for me personally. They really take their time with it but people have been getting unblocked after enough months of waiting.

You'll just have to be patient. Other Contributors have reported waiting days, weeks or months. There does not appear to be any predictable timeframe, and at the moment there is a Federal holiday in the U.S. so that might cause even more delays.

There is no timeline. And you probably need to go through your files and compare those with the requirements and delete what is not conforming. As a professional you should be aware of what is required.

Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
