Hello Adobe support team!

I've uploaded fresh ai generated illustration a month ago and it had not been reviewed yet. After 4 times trying to contact support via chat and email I've got no help. Could you check my account, maybe those files are out of the queue for any reason or got lost among other files? Atfer that I kept uploading new files almost every day but no results. Now there are 219 files in queue. Help me, please!

Got you! Thanks for clearifying this. I'll let you know when it is accepted. Is there any privileges for "older" accounts? Are their Ai illustrations bein greviewed faster than those who are kust begginers on Adobe stock?

That's not what Adobe said. Adobe only said that for some submissions, you may experience a greater delay, if the moderator flags that submission for additional vetting, for example if there are doubts about IP protected content. You will see that only, if you submitted different assets, and some of those assets take longer to get moderated.

Except for this, moderation is on a first come, first served rule. However, with generative AI, and the possibility to generate massively assets, many contributors are submitting hundreds of assets in a row per day. Formerly, artists were able to submit less frequently such amounts of assets. As a photographer, When I have a day's shooting, I need at least 3 to 4 days to sort out the pictures and edit them. When I could submit then all good pictures, I would be able to submit 20 to 50 assets. And correct titleing and keywording would also take time.

If you are able to submit 500 assets every second day, and that by hundreds of contributors, you are rapidly clogging the system, as Adobe does probably not add many more moderators, to get 50 times as much easter egg motives as normally. Customers wont buy more assets than before, so there need only be a moderate influx of new assets. And to be clear: the customer is the target of Adobe with Adobe stock. The contributor is only a tool, you or me or @Nancy OShea or @George_F, who cares who's assets get approved first, except the concerned contributors themselves. Adobe sells as well any asset.

I uploaded the AI generated artwork 2 months ago and it hasn't been verified yet. Could you please check my account, maybe these files are out of the queue for some reason or lost among other files?

No, we aren't Adobe staff and we can't check your account. But I can see this one should be rejected as the keywords are not complete. Also is "athers" a word?

It may take 2-3 months. But then (I think) it should be rejected because your keywords do not have the three keywords that are needed for generative AI.

Hello Adobe support team!

By @O’Neil

This is not Adobe support team.

The AI waiting queue is more that a month and assets get moderated in the order they where submitted. Chat is by no way the proper method to contact contributor support. Contributor support will, however, not accelerate your submissions. The only way for faster moderation is to persuade all AI contributors to submit only 10 assets in a row and wait for them to be moderated. But as some submit hundreds, and the moderation resources are limited you need to wait. I suppose the waiting time for assets submitted today will be more than 2 months. May be even near to 3 months. But that is just an innocent estimate, not founded on any scientific assumption.

BTW: you are in breach of the submission guidelines, if I read that correctly. Your keywords are missing AI, Generative and Generative AI. If the moderators are doing their job, that will be a refusal. A new submission will take time.

And I would suggest, that if you have generative AI in your portfolio, you should check and cure your accepted submissions, as violating the terms will lead to removal of the assets at the best and to blocking your account at the worst.https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html

@Abambo made very good points about the title, keyword and description.  Failure to add "Generative AI Illustration" means those assets will be rejected. You should delete now and resubmit with correct info.  Do not delay.

That said, Easter is long gone. Those assets should have been submitted last Summer/Fall to meet publishing & editorial deadlines.

Magazines, advertisers and marketers complete their designs 4-6 months ahead of seasonal release dates. Start working on Christmas images now while you still have time.  😉

If moderation advances as before, you will have 3 months moderation time if submitted now. Just in time submission for seasonal assets is quite impossible like this.

FYI: Adobe launched the Summer Call a week ago.

Thank you for the reply. I'm uploading hight quality illustrations on Adobe Stock since it accepts them and clients have great demand on it. Could you check if my files are in the queue? I've read on Adobe Support Community that files of contributors can be out of the queue and never be reviewed if support won't fix it. I just need to know everything is working on your end. Ready to wait as long as needed.

Please read the contributor user manual for more information on Adobe stock contributions: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/user-guide.html
See here for rejection reasons: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/reasons-for-content-rejection.html
and especially quality and technical issues: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/quality-and-technical-issues.html

If you are a generative AI contributor, please look into these instructions and follow them by the letter: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/generative-ai-submission-guidelines/td-p/13549435

Your turn will come, but Easter bunnies will be for next year. Sorry for that.
