Что делать? Раньше был на Fotolii. Как перешел на ADOB ни чего не сделать.

You successfully synced your account today. If for some reason you are not able to access the portal now you may need to try using a VPN through a different country or a different web browser may do the trick for you.

as MatHayward suggested, you should use a VPN. This is a known problem which is out of control of Adobe.
