New contributor - Image approval timing

Hi there.  I am a new content contributor and it has been 6 days since my submission.  I did submit quite a bit of content so I imagine it has to deal with the amount of images I have submitted.  On average, about how long does it take to get submissions approved?  Is there a way I can get a status on my submissions?  Thank you for the help!

Were your submissions Generative AI assets? This type of asset is taking 4-6 weeks to be reviewed at the moment, due to the many Contributors who are submitting hundreds at a time.  You will not receive any status updates from Adobe, nor is there anything you can do to hasten the process, except to be patient. Meanwhile, be sure that you have complied with all of Adobe's guidelines for Generative AI:

If you have not complied, you should delete them now, and re-upload with the correct category, titles and keywords; otherwise they will ALL be rejected.

If you are new to stock, you should consider these resources: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/tutorials.html
Please read the contributor user manual for more information on Adobe stock contributions: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/user-guide.html
See here for rejection reasons: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/reasons-for-content-rejection.html
and especially quality and technical issues: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/quality-and-technical-issues.html

If you are a generative AI contributor, please look into these instructions and follow them by the letter: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/generative-ai-submission-guidelines/td-p/13549435

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5  - 15 business days.
Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1 - 2 months due to an immense backlog of AI assets.

For faster turnarounds, submit more real assets and fewer generative AI Illustrations.

To help aleviate the backlog, Stock is imposing limits on how many assets a contributor can have in the wait queue.  What those limits are, we don't know yet.  Focus more on quality instead of quantity. 😉

😲 wow, that's quite something… considering how fast the generative AI landscape moves, by the time your work is approved, it's already very potentially outdated by significantly improved AI-systems.

That's unlikely.  But if that were true, nobody would still be buying products I made in the 2000s with legacy software.

Technology has very little to do with what people buy.  They buy quality concepts & content that endures many seasonal cycles, year after year. If it's good today, it should be good tomorrow and this same time next year.

Ok thank you! Yes I have complied and I figured that was the case.  Thanks again for the response.
