The illustration where the human face is depicted was sent for revision for the reason (LACK OF MODEL CONSENT). The illustration with a human face is generated by AI and such a person does not exist. With whom to conclude an agreement?)))

Reading the instructions would help.

  • real person: model release

Real person = Model Release signed by the human it's based on.

Fake person = Property Release signed by you as creator of the AI image.

Did it say lack of "model consent" or did it say you needed a "release"?

Did you submit as photo or illustration?

Did you check the AI box and give the 3 special keywords for AI?
