Payment-Pay out issues -contact support issue

I am not able get any help from contact form usage. I tried to ask for payout 3 times (paypal) but could not get payment after completing the procss. Sent message 3 times for help using contact form and subject as others. Can i get  help. Thanks

You can only ask once, then you need to wait for the process to complete. When it is complete, but fails, the money will be credited back. You should contact PayPal in such a case to get insight what could get wrong. With that information, contact Adobe contributor support. Contributor support does not react immediately, so be patient. They are answering by e-mail, so watch your spam folder.

I have waited for 15 days each time I requested a pay out and also sent message through contact form using others as the subject. The pay out process gets completed and the message that process is over and i need to wait for 7 to 10 days also appears with a button ok. agian after words the amount appears in pay out.

How many assets do you have currently awaiting review? If you have exceeded the submission limit on your account that could explain why you can't submit more.


I am not able to submit for approval review.

I am not able to get payment after completing the process and getting pop up that it will take 7-10 days for payment proceess.

I can upload assets.

I can see the payouts.

I have sent messages to contact using the form.

I  am getting sales regularly.

I was not regular in uploading assets due to health issue. Now i am alright i uploaded recenly but could not 

submit for approval.

My account is active or deactivated?

what might be the reason.
