Possible Account Blocked - What can I do?

After 5 months of using AS as a contributor, my account appears to have been suspended/blocked. I am getting an "Internal server error" when trying to load https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/portfolio
All my assets have been removed from stock.adobe.com and I am unable to access my portfolio log in. I have received no emails warning or anything in relation to bad practice.
What can I do?
If I 'have' done something against the terms, surely a simple communication email would be the first action to see if it was a genuine error or not.
Would be a real shame to lose 5 months of hard work without even an explanation!?
Here is my contributor profile link - J R Allen photos, images, assets | Adobe Stock . At the time of writing, no assets are on my account, whereas there should be 50+ images.
