I can not understand why my image is rejected, because the central focus is the message, someone could help me

Stock customers are paying for images they can use commercially.  This is a snapshot, not a professional quality photo for use in commercial projects. 

  • The depth of field is quite narrow. 
  • There are IP problems with the cup.
  • And the light source should be on the subject, not behind it.

 

These are important questions to ask BEFORE you submit. 

  • Did you compare your work with other Stock inventory? And is it as good or better than what Stock has already?
  • Would you buy this image? 
  • What would you use it for?

And c) - the container is underexposed. This image won't pass; the quality just isn't good enough for stock.

The refusal reason is “Quality Issues”. Your phone over processed this picture. There is noise (a) and you have washed out colours (b).

There is also a logo on the mug. Even if it is an environmental logo, logos are not allowed.
