Would you please help me understand why these photos are not accepted because of quality issues?

Look at them full size (100%) and you see, that they are full of artefacts. You can't save them for stock, but if you lower the exposure a bit, you will have nice pictures for social media.

Insufficient light causes artifacts, loss of details and noise.

 

Night photos are difficult even for experts with the best equipment and ideal conditions.  Until you gain more photography experience, I would stick with daytime light.  You'll get better results and have more fun. 🙂

The first also has poor composition.  The main firework is too close to the building.

Hello!

Look at them at 100% and you`ll see they all are very poor resolution. No details, nothing in focus.

They're blurry and noisy. Did you use a tripod?
