Hello,

Adobe rejected it because of the quality. The overall focus could be better, the seagull is a bit too small in the frame, the white balance is an issue, and the horizon is as well. You may have wanted to capture this scene, but, this is for commercial purposes, and as it stands, not quite good enough for that. Sorry!

The camera equipment is important, but one has to know how to use it effectively!

May I add that the picture is underexposed:

As for your gear, it is nice and impressive, but your post-processing is not.

In addition to the quality issues already mentioned, there is a very noticeable sensor spot in the sky.

@Eralse,

You need to check all your pictures against this sensor spot, especially when you're photographing against the sky. The spot will always be at the same place until you clean your sensor. Spots are easy to correct, but moderators are good at spotting them.

like @daniellei4510 said, the horizon is not level and the photo is too blue. Additionaly, the seagull is not focused well and the building on the left should be removed. The shadows are also underexposed.I would also add some clouds as texture for the white sky. All of these issues can be resolved in post processing.

Here an example. Please note, the sky has artifacts. I did not take time to clean it up.

Read this:

FYI: White Balance -- Why is it so important?

https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/fyi-white-balance-why-is-it-so-important/m-p/13809034#M61616

1. Adobe Stock is NOT an art gallery.  It's a business.

2. Customers are number 1.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects. If contributors can't give customers what THEY need, then they should not submit to Stock.  Read the help articles below.

Hope that helps.

The horizon is off-kilter and while I realize the bluish cast was probably in the original scene, it could use some white balance.

Probably for the reasons I explained. They need editing in Photoshop or another graphics editng program.
