quality issue got rejected my photo please guide us

IP issues. Magenta color in the highlights. Wierd stain in the background. Underexposd hair. White halo between the dark pants and white background. Unlevel horizon line.

There are quality as well as IP issues here, but the Moderator just hits the button for the first issue they see. Your model (cute kid by the way) should stand farther away from the background to avoid casting shadows. The background has a magenta hue. The seam between background and floor is distracting because it's not straight. You can probably just edit out that seam. There are spots of debris on the floor. The eyes do not seem to be sharply in focus when zoomed in. The tshirt and the logo in the shoes are IP issues. You can clone out the shoe logo but not the tshirt slogan.
