Need feedback on images "rejected for Quality Issues" . Lately Adobe has declined a number of images, and I can’t tell why. Hope someone has a better monitor than my laptop and can spot the issues.I have attached one image. Thanks for the help.
I currently have one Adobe Stock Contributor account. I am planning to build a small agency/office focused on a new category of creative work. I would like to know if I can create a second Contributor account for this new work using a separate computer/device while both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. I will only do this if Adobe approves it. Would this setup be allowed? And which step I should follow?
Hi everyone,I'm hoping some experienced Adobe Stock contributors can help me understand what I'm doing wrong.I've recently started building an AI-generated image portfolio for Adobe Stock, and I'm experiencing a very high rejection rate.Around 90% of my submitted images have been rejected for “Quality Issues.”I've attached several examples of the rejected images below. I'd really appreciate it if experienced contributors could take a look and give me some honest feedback. What specific quality problems do you see in these images? Are there any recurring issues across the examples? Is there anything I should be checking or improving before submitting future images?I'm not looking to appeal the rejections. I'm trying to understand the quality standards better and identify what I'm missing so I can improve my workflow.I'm particularly interested in feedback from contributors who have experience with Adobe Stock and AI-generated content. For comparison, I’ve also included two images at the end
Please help me find out what is wrong with my images (generated in midjourney) ? I have quality issues. I will be glad to correct my mistakes and in the future upload only high-quality content. Thanks
I finally accumulated enough money in sales to be able to get a payout for my photos that sold. I asked for my payout to be sent to my PayPal account on September 20, 2026 but as of today 9/23/2026 I havee not recieved my payment. When I looked at my account it still says pending. What’s the issue? My photos sold, Adobe got their money which I’m sure was a whole lot more than I got for all my hard work but my account payment says PENDING? Really? I’d also like to know why Adobe doesn’t have a qway for us to download our own original content? Even the content that supposedly wasn’t accepted. I’d love to get those photos back especially since I have lost some of my originals. Adobe, we as contributors send in a mega ton of revenue for you. The least you can do for us is allow us to download our original content that wasn’t accepted? So, can anyone tell me when I’ll see my money?
Hi there. I just saw the new update regarding the "Redemption code program for Contributors" (last updated on Sep 22, 2026) at https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/payments-earnings/royalties-pricing/redemption-code-program.html, and I’m a bit bummed out because it looks like most of us contributors are going to be in a tough spot next year. If I understand correctly, they’re no longer offering the free one-year Photography plan based on download volume? And the conditions for the Creative Cloud Pro plan are really strict—it’s just a 70% or 40% discount. Anyway, I’d love to hear what others think about this. Thanks in advance. Cheers.
Hello Community Managers and Adobe Team,My contributor account was deactivated right after I submitted a payout request. I created a support ticket (ADB-46841255-R0M3), but after waiting, the ticket was automatically closed without any review, response, or explanation. When I try to reply to the support thread, I receive an automated message stating that the inbox is unmonitored and the case is closed.Today, I contacted Adobe Support via live chat (Chat Case ID: ADB-47223330-D1L2), and the agent advised me to reach out here and via email. I have already sent a message to contributor-support@adobe.com.I am a long-term Adobe subscriber and I am fully prepared to pass identity verification, provide original source files (RAW / metadata), or complete any compliance check required.Could a moderator please help escalate this issue to the Contributor Security / Compliance team so my case can be re-examined?Thank you for your assistance, Oleksandr
Hi everyone,I’m planning to focus more on creating manually designed assets for Adobe Stock, and I’d really appreciate some advice from experienced Adobe Stock contributors.I’m particularly interested in understanding how experienced contributors approach niche selection, research, and portfolio building before spending time creating a large number of designs.I have a few questions:1. What is the better approach to niche selection?Would it be better to:Focus on one specific niche and build a strong collection around it? Work across multiple/mixed niches? Or work on one niche at a time in batches and then move to another niche? If the batch approach is effective, how many related designs would you generally recommend creating as a collection before moving on to another niche?2. How do you find profitable or promising niches?I would also like to learn how experienced contributors conduct niche research before creating designs. What factors do you usually consider when evaluating a niche?Fo
I have an "Adobe Stock Contributor Account," and there is another "Adobe Stock Contributor Account" in my husband's name on a different device. My question is: Can I log in to my husband's account on the other device using my internet connection?
Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated. I already submitted an appeal but haven’t received any response. I always follow contributor guidelines and never upload duplicate content.I kindly request Adobe to review my case and reactivate my account so I can continue contributing.Thank you.
Adobe Stock Contributor account deactivated for “suspicious activity” – appeal still unresolvedHello Adobe Stock Community,I am hoping that someone who has gone through a similar situation, or an Adobe Community Manager, can help me understand how to get an appeal effectively reviewed by Contributor Relations.I have been an Adobe Stock Contributor since the Fotolia era, for approximately 20 years. On 26 June 2026, my Contributor account was deactivated for “suspicious activity”. The notification did not identify any specific asset, transaction, activity or policy violation.I contacted Contributor Support immediately and received Case 00524676. Adobe instructed me to submit an appeal through the official appeal form, which I did. However, the appeal form gave me no acknowledgement of receipt, no appeal reference number and no way to track its status. On 22 July, I followed up through Case 00524676 asking Adobe to confirm whether the appeal had actually been received and requesting an updat
Hello, my Stock contributor account was blocked on July 31, 2026 (Generative AI requirements violation). The notice lists several possible reasons but not the specific one. I submitted an appeal about a month ago and opened a Contributor Support case today: ADB-47251499-Z3V8. Has anyone had a similar experience, and how long did the review take? Thank you.
A lot of my photos were rejected because of the quality issues, but I don’t know what is wrong with them.
Hello! My photo was rejected for the following possible reasons:- Non-compliant use of another artist’s name- Undeclared Generative AI Content- Content not compliant with overall guidelines- Non-compliant use of another artist’s nameThis is my photo, and the file's EXIF data matches that of the rest of my portfolio.- Undeclared Generative AI ContentI do not create AI content (my portfolio contains only a few AI images that were merely experiments, and they were uploaded in accordance with Adobe's rules). For this specific file—just like for all others in my portfolio—I possess the RAW file, which confirms it was an actual photograph rather than a generated image.- Content not compliant with overall guidelinesI do not understand which rule I might have violated here, as the photo simply shows an open notebook with a ribbon bookmark. The only thing that comes to mind is that someone might have perceived a hidden meaning in the black ribbon bookmark—a meaning that simply isn't there. To a
Hello, I submitted a vector file, but it was rejected.I received this message.I revised the file and submitted it again. However, it was rejected once more.Could you please tell me what needs to be fixed?I am attaching the file to this post.※I am writing in English as I translate, so I apologize if the sentences sound awkward.----------------------------------Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file."----------------------------------
Good evening,After my account was suspended due to suspicious activity, I was able to regain access to my account because Adobe accepted my appeal.I submitted another support ticket requesting a detailed explanation, as I am certain I did not engage in any fraudulent activity. The support team told me they cannot provide me with any further information.I’m wondering, if I didn’t do anything myself and bear no responsibility, how can I protect myself from any future fraud?I am fully available to assist Adobe, but I don’t understand what happened. Some of you mention purchases made with stolen credit cards. But what can I do?Unless I’m being accused of stealing a credit card and purchasing my own content fraudulently!?Has anything like this ever happened to any of you?I’m really worried. The only thing I did three months ago was change the email address on my PayPal account (the same email as my contributor account). The first payment went through successfully (June 2026), while the second w
Title: Contributor since 2017 (Fotolia era) – account closed for "multiple accounts", though both accounts pre-date the March 25, 2025 policyHello everyone,I'd like to share my case and ask for advice from experienced contributors and Community Experts. I hope it can also serve as a case study for others in the same situation.Background:- Account 1: created September 15, 2017 (Fotolia era) – live-action video only, no AI. I shot, graded and edited everything myself, hired models with signed releases, and produced content for Adobe briefs.- Account 2: created before September 24, 2024 – generative AI video only, labeled as AI.- No duplicate or similar content between the two accounts. At the time, the Account and Submission Guidelines allowed separate accounts for different asset types, including generative AI versus traditional content:https://helpx.adobe.com/my_en/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.htmlWhen the new policy started on March 25, 2025, Adobe stated that contribut
Could you please explain why my Adobe Stock account was deactivated for allegedly submitting AI-generated vectors, even though I created the vectors myself without using any AI tools?
Why does this page always appear when I click on my assets in the portfolio? Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
Both images were rejected and idk why
Hello,I am trying to complete the security setup to access my Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I cannot verify my phone number (+62 - Indonesia).Every time I enter my number, it displays the following message:"Sorry, our phone number sign-up is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." Because of this issue, I am blocked from entering the Contributor portal, and I also cannot enable alternative 2FA options as the system requires a phone number first.Could Adobe staff or moderators please look into this Indonesia SMS issue and help activate or bypass this requirement for my account?Thank you.

Hello everyone,I am checking in regarding current review timelines for vector and illustration submissions on Adobe Stock. My assets have been pending in the moderation queue longer than expected. Asset Type: Vector Graphics / AI Vectors Submission Date: [September 20,2026-September 25,2026] Current Status: Pending Moderation Could other contributors share their recent turnaround times for similar assets? Is the queue currently experiencing higher backlog than usual? Thanks for any insights!
Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated 2 months ago. I successfully filled out and submitted the official appeal form, but I never received a Case ID or any automated reply from the system.Since my account is still deactivated after two months of waiting, I kindly request any Adobe staff member or moderator to help me escalate this issue to the relevant team.Thank you for your assistance.
Hello,I have only one Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio and I would like to continue using it.I recently moved from Ukraine to Slovakia. In order to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription with my new country settings, I created a new Adobe ID using my primary email address. Before doing so, I changed the email address on my previous Adobe ID to a temporary email address, so that I could use my primary email for the new Adobe ID.Now, when I access Adobe Stock Contributor with my new Adobe ID, the account is marked as Inactive because the system detected multiple Contributor accounts.I have already purchased a Creative Cloud Illustrator subscription on my new Adobe ID. I would like to keep my subscription on this account and continue using my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio with the same Adobe ID. I am not trying to have two Contributor accounts. I only want to continue using my existing portfolio.Could you please transfer or relink my existing Adobe Stock Contributor account t
