You really need to check your assets at 100%, before submitting. Artefacts like this, seen at 100% are easy to detect and always lead to a straight and easy refusal:

In addition, your iPhone does not manage to get such a blurry background on its own, using the optics, so you used that fake portrait mode, and that one creates nearly always very visible artefacts.
