I made sure that there was not any "copyright" issues. Still rejected????? Why????

I agree with @Jill_C, the identifying marks would warrant an Intellectual Property rejection.  The people would need model release which would earn a rejection if not supplied.  The obvious dust spots in the sky would warrant a Quality Issues rejection.  The image is also underexposed if you look at the Histogram.

These aren't really subjective things to me.  I hope this perspective helps!

agreed! My main beef with it all is that it seems to be very subjective. Have seen photos offered here that I would not submit and somehow they are being sold by Adobe. Issues with focus, subject matter etc. anyway Guess we are their mercy 😉

I have a suspicion that one moderator was just too lazy to work. Why spend a week checking 10,000 images?
It can be done in an hour, rejecting 30-40% without any validation. Just to get into the overall rejection statistics and give the appearance of work done!
And now we're puzzling over why some images were rejected and others accepted exactly the same %))))))
I'll probably get banned for saying that! %))))

No.  If you're banned, it's because you've repeatedly violated this Support Community's Guidelines:  BE RESPECTFUL!

It would be best to start a new thread with this question.  Please include the rejection reason and the original photo you submitted.  With this small thumbnail, we won't be able to properly evaluate your image.

Cheers!
