Hi everyone,
I have a specific question  related to a photo that I submitted an didn't get  accepted.  Can anyone help with a posssible explination of why that is? This is the image https://as2.ftcdn.net/jpg/05/88/46/69/220_F_588466952_hjOdOOaeGTuYmxtFegS1twyU0BMJYZ31.jpg. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Ps.: This is the explination from the site
"Thanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, we found that it doesn't meet our needs so we can't accept it into our collection."

1. Please post requests for critique to the Stock Contributors forum in future. For most rejections you must post the original high resolution image. If this really is the image you submitted, look at it, it's way too small/blurry.
2. It will be rejected for the signature, but probably with a different message. If it's not a signature, but some kind of logo or message, it will be rejected for that.
3. the message just means "we don't want to buy", perhaps it's a kind of image they don't want, or for which they do not feel there is a market. Try again with something entirely different.

Hi @IandP292241191zhr

I see a blue color fringing on the aqua color egg edge. I also see compression noise. The noise could be because the image was compressed to post here.

The tiny thumbnails in the link is too small and too blurry to evaluate. It also has a watermark, which isn't permitted by Adobe. If you want more detailed feedback, upload a full size version here.

When you ask for a rejection reason, you should post the header of the text of the refusal. The text is secondary.

Headings are like:

  • Quality Issues
  • Aesthetic or Commercial Appeal of Image
  • Non-compliant Image
  • Intellectual Property Refusal
  • Similar Image(s) Already Submitted
  • ...

You should also post the full-scale image here as submitted.
