Request to Review Submitted Illustrations

Dear Adobe Stock Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request an update on the status of my submitted illustrations. It has been 12 days since I uploaded my illustrations and they are still in review. As an artist, I am eager to have my work showcased on Adobe Stock and I kindly ask that you review my illustrations as soon as possible.

I understand that the review process is important to ensure that the content meets the quality standards of Adobe Stock. However, I would appreciate it if you could expedite the review process for my illustrations so that I can start selling them on your platform.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,

Rizwan

There is a back log of "generative AI illustrations" in the review queue.  At last reporting, the review process is taking several weeks and possibly longer (1-2 months).

Ensure that you've read the AI submssion guidelines and followed them to the letter.  If not, you may need to delete what you submitted and do it over.

As others have noted, this forum, which is mainly visited by other Contributors, is not for communicating directly with Adobe; and even if you do email Adobe regarding moderstion of your assets, they will not respond. There is no way to get your assets moved to the top of the queue, and there is no way to dispute the findings of the Moderators. Scan the other posts in this forum and you will see that, for several weeks now, a majority of them have been on the subject of moderation delays. Generative AI assets now go through a separate queue for moderation and a huge influx of AI stuff, some of it from contributors who upload hundreds at a time, has caused a backlog that is probably now up to a month.

Based on the glimpse you have provided into your submitted assets, the Generative AI assets will get rejected immediately because you have not followed the keywording instructions. You'll need to delete those and re-upload to fix the errors, which will put you even further back in the queue.

But it may avoid you having to wait a long time, before getting massive refusals, putting you in a bad light and getting you even further back in the queue, then you would get, when you delete, correct and resubmit.

You need to know that moderators refuse at the first error they see. So for your first submissions, you may have several iterations, each time which the next uncorrected error as a refusal. Which at the current waiting time could get you to up to a year of submitting an asset for no reward.

By the way, we can see you have NOT followed the rules for submitting AI. When these are finally reviewed, they will be immediately rejected. At the very least you are missing required keywords. There are other problems. You say it is a vector.

1. If this a vector made by AI this is forbidden, and the work will be rejected.

2. If this is made by AI and is not a vector, this is a false description; this will be rejected and runs the risk of your account being blocked.

Sorry, the file we see is an illustration and not a vector. There is a difference!

And as for the requirements:

  • Submit all images as file type “Illustration”. Regardless of whether it looks like a photo or not.

So, that is correct. I agree with the keywords, they are not following the rules. It would help to respect the rules, if one is eager to showcase their work.

"Dear Adobe Stock Team,... I am writing"

To be absolutely clear, NO YOU ARE NOT writing to the Adobe Stock Team. This is NOT how you get in touch.

As assets are moderated on a FIFO-basis, you have to wait in the queue as all the other contributors before you. You can't accelerate the moderation process.

However, I would strongly recommend you to read the requirements for generative AI and follow them verbatim. I fear your keywords are not correct, and that will further delay moderation of your submissions. Generative AI submission guidelines - Adobe Support Community - 13549435

You can also check your assets for errors by yourself and delete those who expose eventually artefacts and errors, as is often with generative AI.

Sorry, but your request wont help you. We are also only contributors. Adobe will review as soon as possible. Please be patient. Use your time for new works. New submissions.
