Stock Contributor account deactivated (Terms Violation) – need help reactivating

Hello,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently deactivated for a "Terms Violation." I want to be upfront that I'm not fully certain of the exact reason, but based on my own review, I believe a few images I had created in Canva for personal/private use (not intended for Stock submission) may have accidentally gotten uploaded to my contributor account along with my regular submissions.

I already emailed Contributor Support about this appeal, but I haven't received any response or ticket/case number yet. I wanted to also ask here in case any official Adobe or Stock team members monitoring this community could help look into my case or guide me on next steps.

If I did violate any guidelines, it was genuinely unintentional, and I'm committed to making sure it doesn't happen again. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

    No. Nobody in this user-to-user forum can help escalate an appeal request.

    It may take several weeks or months. When Stock is ready to invite you back, you’ll be notified but probably not until then.

    In the meantime, work on other projects and submit to outside services.

    Good luck.

    what about the pending payouts for the stock id? If you are banning or deactivating any id without proper reason at least clear our the payment to the user .

    @imraja.5,

    Deactivated accounts forfeit all unpaid royalties until a favorable appeal decision is reached.

    You need to follow instructions and use the “Contact us” link that you are provided. Doing so will open up a form where you can make your appeal. After submission you are immediately shown your case number. Emailing contributor-support is not the correct way to make an appeal.

    Thank you so much for your guidance earlier — I followed your advice and used the "Contact us" form to submit my appeal (Case ID: ADB-46679349-T5B9). Shortly after, I received a message saying the case was closed, but when I checked, my account still shows as deactivated.

    Since I honestly don't know the exact reason for the block, I've now submitted a second case (ADB-46679654-G6S1) specifically asking Adobe to clarify what content or activity triggered it, so I can make sure it never happens again.

    If you've been through something similar, or know of any other way to get more clarity or move this forward, I'd really appreciate any advice. Thank you for taking the time to help.
