I wonder this photo was rejected base don technical issue, can anyone explain it to me?

The image has artifacts along most of the edges which can occur when you over-sharpen - see the close cropped version attached. The focus also seems rather soft. Even if those issues were not present, you would have to scrub the image of all logos and identifying marks in order to avoid an IP violation.

I believe your file has a blue cast. That would be a white balance issue.
