Terminated/Deactivated Contributor Accounts [MERGED by Moderator]

My Adobe Contributor account was unexpectedly disabled without any apparent reason. I have thoroughly reviewed their guidelines and am confident that I have not violated any of them. On the day my account was disabled, I had to received my funds (I believe it was the 10th business day), which I was due to receive. Despite having sent an email to address this issue, I have yet to receive a response. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in order to have my account reinstated and to successfully withdraw the funds owed to me.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response, which you appear to have done. It will most likely be awhile to hear from them outside of a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk mail if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation.

I had the same issue... I suggest you to search all those topics... And you`ll find some simiarities 🙂 Especially in the answers of Same "people" for all those years...  You probably were acussed of fraudlent sales... Im in the way of getting proofs of false acussations from adobe.. But still you`ll gonna hear here same 4 guys saying same stuff foll all those years... My account was blocked after 2 Years. No worries, those 4 people here sugessted that i did fraudlent sales also! Still waiting for a proof from adobe before submiting a "nice" letter there 🙂 So yea, fight with false accusations and demand proofs! Same old story... Daniellei, Amambo, Nancy and the famous.... Jill_C <- this one was preety rude from the start acussing me without any reason so... Yea they have their theam here, just look all those posts and... Ask yourself a quesion.. Why are they always there!? Strange isn`t it? 🙂

 I think that someone is doing this deliberately so that accounts are deactivated.

 

Dont thinks so but you are right. I think that adobe personel is loaded with emails. What you see is copy past text as a respons. They are on robot mode. To reply as fast to get their quotom.

This is the second time my account has been blocked due to a large sale (Sales are made by Adobe Stock, I have no influence on them). The first time they wrote that I did it, they took the money from the large sale and said if this happens again they will block it forever. Now I am waiting for an answer from them about the second blocking.
On the Internet on different forums I read a huge number of accounts are blocked due to a large sale (Sales are made by Adobe Stock)
There are no such sales on other photo stocks, I think that someone is doing this deliberately so that accounts are deactivated.

Who benefits from deactivating accounts on Adobe Stock due to large sales?
Who makes large purchases?

Why doesn't Adobe Stock make it so that a buyer who wants to buy a lot of content first contacts them and gets permission to make such a purchase, because of which Adobe Stock blocks accounts?

That`s  good questions! Think about "competitors" 😉
They said refunds....? Where? I never seen a refund option!? They would email adobe? For like 150 photos they bought? Huh? Who would do that?
Oh wait! It`s getting even better!
If they downloaded assets, and get refunds in some way (they had those assets already don`t they?)...
Your account got blocked... How would you know if they did not used your assets? You were blocked, not earned money, they downloaded your artwork... So.. looks like you got scammed, and seems like YOU are guilty...
I think we just need to wait... We will know the truth soon 🙂 There is a law still...
Sounds like adobe refunds such actions and blocks accounts making owners guilty...  No worries, we`ll solve this out soon 🙂

Hi adobe community, I want to ask about contributor account. My was blocked yesterday. Ok, i click on "Contact us", sent email to support. But after few hours, they closed my ticket (i got case ID) without explanation. Just Automatic answer with links on FAQ.  What i should to do next? I already create tew case (still not closed))

Hello Adobe Stock Team and Community,

My contributor account was recently suspended due to what was described as “unusual sales activity.” I would like to express my concern and kindly ask for clarification on this matter.

I have never used any fraudulent methods, bots, or illegal practices to boost my sales. All of my work and transactions on Adobe Stock have been made in good faith. I do not understand why my account was banned simply because of an unusual increase in sales.

It would not make sense for me to risk my account, especially one that has been active for more than 45 days, with earnings already cleared and available for withdrawal. My only goal is to contribute quality content and build a fair partnership with Adobe Stock.

I respectfully request:


1. A clear explanation of the reason for my suspension.

2. A review of my case so my account can be reinstated.

3. The release of my pending payout, which I believe I have earned legitimately.


I have seen other contributors facing similar issues, so I kindly ask for transparency and fairness in these decisions.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I sincerely hope for a positive resolution.

Hi,
My Adobe Stock contributor account was suddenly de-activated without any explanation. I always follow the contributor guidelines and haven’t received any clear reason in my email.

Can someone from the Adobe team please review my case and let me know the reason for de-activation, and if there’s a way to restore my account?

Alright. Thank you for your suggestion. I've submitted into Contact Us. How many days they usually took to reply?
Recently I've gotten a popup which indicates the nomination of my assets. And, I tick both of the options there. After 1 day, my account got deactivated. Is there any chance it's deactivated because I've selected both options there?

NB: My account is very old as I'm contributing to adobe stock for a long time. In last 3–4 months, I didn't upload anything new which may cause any violation of their guidelines. So, I'm really confused why they deactivated my account!

Hello everyone,

A few days ago, something very strange happened with my Adobe Stock contributor account. In a single day, I had around 150 sales , which I found very suspicious since normally my sales never exceeded 5 per day.

 

A few days later, I received an email from Adobe informing me that my account was deactivated for "suspicious activity." I really don't understand why, because I have always tried to follow the submission guidelines.

 

I'd like to know if anyone here has experienced something similar or if you have any advice on how I can resolve this situation with Adobe. It's very frustrating to lose my account in this way, especially since I truly enjoy contributing to the platform.

 

Any help or guidance would be highly appreciated.

I have no idea what is going on with your case. But I run thin on sympathy when I read either weird or incomplete stories. How many sales in one day exactly?  If this was me in your shoes, I'd know exactly how many assets were sold in that day. More important when your average is 5, that classifies as very suspicious, and obvious cause for  deactivation. I'm wondering, why do you think it's necessary to include in your question "I have always tried to follow the submission guidelines"?  When have you not tried? Is there something you are not sharing?    

The message you shared says check your email, have you gotten any emails? If so why are you not sharing that message or say you have not receive anything...  Look I'm not trying to add to your problem... if in fact you have no clue why the sudden spike in sales.   

Unfortunately there's nothing anyone in this community can help you with, other than say to continue trying to contact Adobe support.  

Take the time I'm taking to reply in this manner, as advice to improve your story when you communicate it to anyone at Adobe, and avoid leaving gaps out, understanding you need to give a lot more context to your story...  bc right now to me something seems off, and I'm seeing too many of inconsistent claims in this community that make me suspicious. I am a believer Adobe needs to improve their selection process system,   but the idea that Adobe is arbitrarily suspending accounts is nothing short of absurd.

If there's NOTHING you have done or are aware regarding the 150 sales in one day, let the investagation play out, and I mean give it weeks and not just a few days, just keep sending emails every week for your own  due diligence and records.  

 

To all other contributors reading this... What is going on with a swarm of people suddenly claiming to have their accounts deactivated?  I'd like to hear your thoughts, includding if you think I'm nuts could be suffering from conspiranoia thinking all these posts are from people who did something wrong, got booted out and now come to create false narratives?

I get the idea that there are a lot of contributors. Adobe will get a a lot email. The outsource the work that has to be done to cheap labour countries. Probally those people must do a certain amount of work. Then get in a robot mode to do as much they can. Leaving out indivual guidance of people. Then people fall in to procedures. So they did do there job well.  But individual people the communication is not there. There a people who contributed multiple years.  You would expect some help. 

 

Unfortunaly the moderator here merged different conversations together. Making it a mess. Maybe it is an option that you make your own thread. Because your text make a lot of sense. Instead of getting the copy paste texts from the moderators.  I like to an adult conversation
