Terminated/Deactivated Contributor Accounts [MERGED by Moderator]

My Adobe Contributor account was unexpectedly disabled without any apparent reason. I have thoroughly reviewed their guidelines and am confident that I have not violated any of them. On the day my account was disabled, I had to received my funds (I believe it was the 10th business day), which I was due to receive. Despite having sent an email to address this issue, I have yet to receive a response. I am seeking advice on how to proceed in order to have my account reinstated and to successfully withdraw the funds owed to me.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response, which you appear to have done. It will most likely be awhile to hear from them outside of a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk mail if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation.

Hi everyone,

My account has been blocked for "Suspicious activity," and a payment request with a status of "Pending" is still in it.
Is it true that it is due to login with multiple devices and ISP? I have filed an appeal, approximately how long will the investigation process take?

Thank You

We are contributors like yourself and we are unable to say or predict how long it will take for Adobe to complete their investigation or respond to your appeal. Your only option at this time is to wait to hear from Adobe.

Dear Adobe Stock community,

I recently noticed that my Adobe Stock account has been deactivated. This is very frustrating for me, as I have tried to contribute to the platform through my work.

I know that Adobe has policies and procedures that everyone must follow. However, I did not receive any clear reason or instructions about what went wrong or how I could resolve this issue before my account was deactivated.

I respect Adobe's policies and would like a chance to understand and resolve the issue. I have always cared about the accuracy and originality of my work. If there is a mistake, I am willing to correct it.

Members of the Adobe community and support team, please help me resolve this situation. I believe that my issue can be resolved with a humane approach.

Thank you.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. You were given a Contact Us link on your dashboard. Your only option, if you haven't already, is to contact Adobe. They will get back to you eventually, depending on how many investigations are ahead of yours. There is no one here who can be of help. Also, you should never include your personal information such as your email address on this forum.

I am an artist and student and adobe stock account has been active since years. i never faced any issues since all my upload were my own art. Since a few months my account has been deactivated and they say i may have violated guidelines. I don't know what exactly it is, but if it helps, a lot of my digital drawings were classified as AI by adobe stock. I do not know if this is related to the issue and if they think i uploaded ai art as my own but that isn't the case. Please help me with who to contact since the contact forms just give me automated responses and the live chat agents say they "are not the right team". Any advice is help thank you!

You were given a "Contact Us" link when you were notified that your account was deactivated. I assume you responded. If so, that is all you can do until Adobe responds. How long that will take depends on how many investigations are going on before yours. It can be days or even weeks. Your only option is to be patient.
