Unable to accept file
I found files with this rejection reason. There are quite a few of them. The wording is: "Thank you for allowing us to review your image. Unfortunately, we were unable to process your file. For more information, please contact us."
What could this be and how can I fix it? I didn't find this rejection reason in your articles. What should I do with these files?

    Submitted 8 years ago?!

Reminds me of the time the post office found a mutilated letter in their equipment and returned it to me 6 years after I had mailed it. Ooops!

I would treat this as a lost asset that never got processed.

Find your original image if you can. And if it meets current standards, resubmit it under a new file name.

    Good luck.

You need to show  us a rejected file.

One example of a file with such wording in a refusal.

That’s a very old reject reason. The message was changed long ago.
