Stock Contributors

Bonjour à tous,  Je me permets de rédiger cette question sur le forum car je rencontre un problème lorsque je souhaite envoyer des photos.  J’ai déjà envoyé des photos qui ont été acceptées et dont l’appareil photos et les réglages n’ont pas évolués depuis le nouvel envoi. J’ai soumis 50 photos de nature différente mais pour lesquelles la résolution oscille autour des 15-20mp, et qui n’ont subis aucune retouche ou presque en post-production. Certaines photos sont parfois pris au même endroit et comportant un cadrage différent.  Pourtant, la raison du refus est "problèmes de qualité" et les raisons qui y sont évoqués ne sont pas présentes sur mes photos (bruit, flou, filtre important...) ou alors après vérification, 3 d’entre elle maximum. Comment éviter ce soucis et quelqu’un d’autre a-t-il rencontré ce problème ? Merci pour vos réponses ! PS : exemple d’une photos refusée (la seule que je peux upload dans ce messages je peux illustrer d’autres exemples si nécessaires).

I’ve been unable to upload AI and EPS files to Adobe Stock for about a week. I keep getting the message “AI and EPS file uploads are temporarily unavailable.” Does anyone know when this issue will be fixed?

Hello everyone, could you tell me why this photo was rejected? The issue cited is its technical quality, but I don't understand where the flaw lies; when I view it at 100% magnification, there are no blurry areas (or at least none that I can see). Thanks to everyone for your replies.

Can someone please tell me if I can upload mixed categories on Adobe Stock? For example, 2 health images, 2 food images, and 2 technology images? Or is it better to focus on only one category? Which approach is better for getting more sales and avoiding rejections?I’m new to Adobe Stock, so I would really appreciate your advice and guidance. Thank you so much for your help! 🙏

Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account [email removed by moderator] was deactivated on June 12, 2026. I have 4,200+ approved assets and $102 in earned payments I cannot access.Adobe's stated reason was multiple accounts/phone number - both disproved via Adobe's own verification tool.I have submitted:Multiple support cases (#00521031 being primary)Official appeal via Transparency Center (June 17)BBB Complaint #25088529FTC Report #20540273765 days with zero human resolution. Sometimes, to ensure my assets will be accepted by the moderators, I use the "Find Similar" feature on the official Adobe Stock dashboard. I input the asset I intend to submit and enter relevant keywords, yet the results show only a handful of items—fewer than 50. A small part of me thinks, "This is a great opportunity; there are no similar assets out there," but in reality, my assets are repeatedly rejected due to "similar content" issues. Being only human, I sometimes wonder: are the moderators being unfair, dishonest, or opaque? Is there nepotism involved? How exactly do they curate submissions? What is the point of the "Find Similar" feature if assets that clearly aren't similar still get rejected? Ultimately, as an ordinary person, I have no choice but to accept the situation—so where can I turn to voice my grievances?

This is very similar to the technical issue I experienced a few days ago when uploading EPS and AI files. While the vector upload seems fine now, the same error is preventing my raster files from uploading. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or a temporary system glitch? Hello,I contacted contributor-support@adobe.com about a week ago regarding recovery of my existing Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I still haven’t received any response or even an automatic confirmation.I’m unable to access the account because the old email address connected to it no longer exists, so I need help with manual account recovery and updating the email address.Does anyone know if this email is still actively monitored, or if there is another way to contact Adobe Stock Contributor Support without being able to sign in?Thank you!

I’ve uploaded many photos to Adobe Stock, but I keep getting the “Similar Content” rejection. How can I fix this problem? What should I change in my images or workflow to avoid similar-content rejections? I’d really appreciate your advice.

Request to Reduce Adobe Stock Payout Processing TimeAdobe Stock currently takes around 7–10 business days to process contributor payout requests.I understand that payment verification and processing are necessary, but I would like to request Adobe to consider reducing this processing period if possible.Many contributors depend on their earnings and would benefit from faster payout processing. Hello, my new contributor account is marked as inactive due to the multiple accounts policy. I already submitted the deletion request for my old account, but when I try to submit the exception form on the contact page, it returns a red error. Could an Adobe moderator please help me reactivate this account?

I tried to upload 2 photos to Adobe Stock but they got rejected with a “Quality Issue” reason. Can someone explain what’s wrong there and how can I fix it?  

Ciao a tutti,sto cercando di capire perché le mie foto vengono rifiutate molto spesso da Adobe Stock con la motivazione “Problemi di qualità”.Adobe mi risponde indicando genericamente possibili problemi di esposizione, messa a fuoco, filtraggio eccessivo, artefatti o disturbi. Il problema è che non riesco a capire quale di questi aspetti riguardi effettivamente le mie immagini.In Lightroom faccio poca post-produzione: generalmente mi limito alle normali regolazioni di esposizione, contrasto, colore ecc. e alla correzione delle aberrazioni cromatiche causate dall'obiettivo. Non applico filtri pesanti né interventi particolarmente aggressivi.Le immagini provengono principalmente da:DJI Mini 3, con foto ad alta risoluzione/4K; Fujifilm X-T2.Ho allegato uno screenshot della risposta di Adobe Stock e alcune foto di esempio che sono state rifiutate.Secondo voi, guardando le immagini, riuscite a individuare il motivo tecnico per cui potrebbero essere state rifiutate?Potrebbe essere un problem
