This forum is rife with screen names that look suspiciously like automated bot accounts.  I honestly don’t know if these are real posts or not.  The Generated Pattern: Dynamic_Contributor2ebd follows the classic [Adjective]_[Noun][Random Hex/String] pattern. This is a telltale sign of an account created using an automated random name generator. 

I just wanted to state how extremely cruel is that an algorythm or a bot or whatsoever decides that your account had “suspicious activity” after years of uploading quality content (not a single AI thing, all made by myself etc) and suddenly Adobe blocking your account. Thus, making you lose all that work, stats, titles, keywords and, of course, keeping more than 150$. Just because a Bot decided so for whatever reason that is completely mistaken as I have been strictly following the guidelines.Now I have to wait for weeks or months probably just to receive a message from somebody that checked my case for 10 seconds saying that the bot is right. Good night, folks.

My previous attempts to resolve this through standard support forms resulted in automated template closures without any human inspection.Most of my portfolio consists of highly exclusive, premium content captured during high-cost, extreme sea kayak expeditions through the Senyavin Strait on the Chukotka Peninsula. These are rare subarctic botanical species and landscapes that are nearly absent from the Adobe Stock database.Yet, the automated AI system continuously flags completely distinct compositions, different plant species, and separate camera angles as "duplicates" or "similar content," simply because they share a similar background texture (like arctic granite or tundra soil). Hello, I am trying to regain access to my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio, historically identified as “Pressa313”. I can successfully sign in to my Adobe ID. However, every Contributor URL—including the portfolio and official contact page—immediately redirects to “Account creation is not available.” I also receive sales notifications for the older portfolio, but cannot view the portfolio, files, or earnings history. I do not want to create a second Contributor account. I need the existing profile reviewed and, if necessary, linked back to the correct Adobe ID. The official Contributor contact form is inaccessible because it redirects to the same error page. Could an Adobe staff member advise how to open a recovery case or have Contributor Relations review this account-linking issue? I can supply verification and sales-notification evidence privately through an approved support channel. Thank you.

Based on customer complaints in the Stock buyers forum, three things jump out again and again...Flattened raster images dropped inside EPS or AI vector files are unusable.  Poorly auto-traced GenAI sold as “editable vector files” are unusable.  GenAI artwork that is NOT LABELED as GenAI. It’s best to be honest with people about what you’re selling. Dishonesty never pays off. Customer complaints lead to internal reviews and account deactivations. Once an account is deactivated, nobody here can help you.  If you’re selling vector artwork on Stock, follow these Best Practices or enroll in some vector graphics design courses. Can i use the name of icon under it on a vector icon set and  thumbnail on the anywhere of the artboard . and also can i sue extra background with the artboard or any rectangle with the artboard of a icon set please  ? most of the top seller  of vector icon set are doing this process.

My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that resembled a photo I had previously uploaded (in my opinion). Is there any chance my account will be reactivated? I filed an appeal one day after the account was deactivated, and there has been no response yet. I've checked the forums, and it might take at least six months. For your information, the stock photos I uploaded are my own photography, not AI-generated.Regard

my adobe stock contributor account blocked on august 10th ( Generative AI submission requirements.  I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for approximately three years and have built a portfolio of around 30,000 assets during that time. I took the portrait of Alvin and Chippy sitting on the sofa. I used AI tools to enhance the image. Chippy's blue eyes are real; they were not enhanced. Would this be considered an AI image or a photograph?  

​My Adobe Stock contributor account is registered under my real name, and all the tax information provided belongs to me. Recently, my Skrill account was suspended, and I am also experiencing issues with my Payoneer account.​Because of these issues, I would like to add my brother's Skrill account to my Adobe Stock contributor profile to receive payouts. Will doing this put my account at risk of suspension, or could it cause any other compliance issues with Adobe?

Hi everyone,I'm working on an Adobe Stock Mission and one of my files is flagged as needing a "rights of release." The mission brief explicitly states that the Source image can be "a real photo (with a signed model release) or an AI image of a made-up person," so I used a fully AI-generated person — no real individual involved, no real face used as reference.In the Missions tool, when I click "Créer une renonciation/autorisation," I'm given two options: a Model Release (asking for the model's first name, last name, and email) and a Property Release.Since there's no real person to get a signature from, and the brief clearly allows AI-generated people, I'm not sure which release type applies here and how to fill it out correctly for this case. Could someone walk me through the correct process (AI-generated person, submitting through Missions)?Thanks in advance!

Today, September 12, someone purchased 6 images and 2 videos within just a few seconds of each other. The “License Sold” type was listed as “Custom.” Most of the assets were related to biblical, ancient, and religious themes, with the exception of one asset featuring a modern architectural setting. I find this sales spike unusual because, during the two years I have been contributing, I have never had a day with this kind of sales activity from what appears to be the same buyer. I am assuming it may have been the same buyer because all of the sales had the same amounts: $0.79 for the images and $6.71 for the videos. My question is: what would be the most appropriate channel for me to contact Contributor Support to verify whether these sales are legitimate?

Hello Adobe Community,My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked on April 1 because, in my last uploads, I uploaded AI-generated images of famous personalities. At that time, I did not fully understand that this type of content violated Adobe Stock policies. Until now, I have been using Midjourney to create AI-generated images for submission to my Adobe Stock Contributor account. Last month, I purchased a ChatGPT Plus subscription and created vector graphics. When I inquired with ChatGPT about uploading these vectors to Adobe Stock and Freepik, I received confirmation that I could do so. However, I was also advised to verify whether there are any policies in place regarding this matter.
