Stock Contributors

Hello everyone. I’ve been uploading photos to Adobe for years, taken with different cameras and mobile phones. For the past few months, I’ve only been uploading photos shot with a Google Pixel 7 Pro. I think there’s no need to explain here what this little machine is capable of in terms of the image quality it can produce.The issue is that, as is happening to many others, a lot of my photos have recently been rejected for technical quality problems. Do you think that if I submitted photos taken with a full‑frame camera, for example, I could avoid these rejections? Or is this happening to many people regardless of the equipment they use to take their photos?Thanks and have a nice day

I've written to the support, but after 3 weeks there is no answer (I can't find any reason). They blocked me when I ordered 1st payment - so be aware people. 

 I shouldn’t eat that much chocolate anyway.  

Hey, I'm trying to understand the reasons of rejection of series of shots, but can't figure it out - the histogram looks fine, there's no obvious noise (artifacts in the bottom left corner?). The rejection was quick,  as if it was done automatically.  What could be wrong here? I'd appreciate any help, as I'd like to avoid this happening again. (Quality of the image was reduced, only 80%here  because of upload size limitations). 

Hi everyone,I’m a bit stuck and was hoping to get some advice from the community.I recently uploaded some high-resolution PNG illustrations (8000x8000 px) created in Clip Studio Paint. However, they keep getting rejected for "Quality Issues" citing noise or artifacts.I'm a bit confused because I used an oil-paint style brush to give the lines some character, so there's intentional texture in the art. I’ve even tried uploading files where the edges are absolutely smooth and only the filled areas have textures, but the rejection reason remained exactly the same.I know as a raster file, it won't have the perfectly smooth edges of a vector, but I see a lot of other textured art on Adobe Stock. Is the system misidentifying hand-drawn textures as technical flaws? Or should I be prepping my files differently?Also, since these are just simple line art character sketches without any color fills, would it be better to just upload them as JPGs instead of PNGs? Recently, it seems that Adobe uses AI to speed up the review process. Though it has significantly reduced the review time, it has also rejected many very good photos for wrong reasons. For example, I took a few photos of building reflections in the water with a special ripple effect and very high quality. However, Adobe rejected them for quality reasons. Obviously, the AI couldn't tell whether the visual effect was a natural effect or bad photo quality. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Hello! I apologize in advance for any mistakes; English isn't my native language, so I'm using a translator. I'm a newbie and tried to upload my first AI-powered image for stock photography. I was rejected and told to post it on the critics' forum, and the link led here. I assume I should just create a thread with my question, since I couldn't find anything similar... which is strange... but here I am, and I need your help. Something's wrong with the image I created for stock photography. Please help me figure it out. (I also apologize in advance if my image violates any moral standards or concepts; I'm from another country, and we just don't understand the situation.)

I would like to clarify when Adobe sends invitations. They invite accounts based on specific criteria: accounts that remain active, consistently engaged, and meet the mission requirements are considered. Once an account is invited, it must complete several tasks. After those tasks are approved, the invited members receive certain benefits. In short, only accounts that fulfill these criteria and stay engaged will be invited.Thanks all

 Hello everyone, first try to become a contributor here, I uploaded several pictures, several themes, but receive bad news and none was accepted, mostly on this repeated  message: Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. ie this image of the sunrise-church was taken in iso 100 and F 11...🤔 and the one of the red bench in ISO 100 f8, so what is it? my lightroom preset?  Thank you for your comments 

I’m curious about how you all view your work on Adobe Stock. Are you treating it as a hobby, a side income, or is it your main source of revenue? I personally feel that most contributors use it part-time, just as an extra stream from their art, but I’m not sure—maybe some of you do rely on it full-time. What’s your experience—am I on track, or is it more of a mix?

No one at adobe is responding to my reports and questions regarding how to remove/report AI images that have not been marked as AI. The following image of a pickle is to me very obviously AI generated/manipulated. https://stock.adobe.com/images/glossy-juicy-dill-pickle-close-up/1489256671 I have never seen a pickle like this in all of my years art directing food. So I just wanted to make sure someone took a look at this artist’s work. Areas to note:  Pickle lacks traditional shape and textures of other images populated in the search  The highlight is reflecting nothing, and reflection locations do not make sense (the upper right and left side would never be lit this way in real life). The bumpy texture does not look natural. Real pickles have bumps that share the same darker color of the peel. These bumps are lighter and look more like “crisp” air pockets than texture on a vegetable.  When reviewing this authors work, I feel they are not marking all of their images appropriately. I

I’m facing a payout issue and would really appreciate your help. Here’s exactly what happened step by step:On August 13, I successfully connected my Payoneer account to my Adobe Stock contributor account.I then made a payout request. Normally, when using Skrill in the past, my payments would arrive within 7 days.With Payoneer, I expected a similar timeline, but even after 11 days, I did not see any upcoming payment notification inside my Payoneer account. The payout still shows as pending in my Adobe Stock dashboard.Thinking something was wrong, I disconnected my Payoneer account from Adobe Stock.Now, when I try to reconnect the same Payoneer account, I get the error message:“Payout Information not accepted – Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile.”My Payoneer account is fully active and verified with no restrictions.
