Question

Uploads are refused due to quality issues

Hi,

I have a Nikon D850. I edit them in capture one pro and then put the 100% size JPG in Lightroom and in Stocks I pick up the folder to upload. I use prophoto rgb. Is that the problem or what is the problem? The pictures are very sharp, high mega pixel and great quality. Still nearly all my pictures were denied.

I don't get it.

Best

Timur

You do need to read Adobe's requirements carefully. One is to deliver in sRGB. But that might not be the only issue, please upload a problem file if you would like comments from the experienced contributors here.

Hopefully only sRGB is the problem. Thank you for the information. I will change all files to sRGB. This one is in Pro Photo RGB and was rejected for quality reasons

The depth of field could be deeper. What is the subject? Building, tow, or mountain? The birds in the sky should be removed.

If the get refused for quality, there are quality issues. One issue I get with your description is the profile attached. The final export should be sRGB. The gamut of ProPhoto is much too wide.

As for the rest, we would appreciate to see ONE asset as submitted, to check what issues could have triggered the refusal.
